This page explains how freight works for your Clogger trade account. The same terms apply whether you place your order on this website or through the Clogger team. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Invercargill, New Zealand.
Free freight threshold
Orders at or above NZD $500 receive standard freight free of charge. Orders below NZD $500 are charged a flat standard freight fee of NZD $20.
Drop shipping
Orders sent directly to your customer carry a flat drop ship fee of NZD $10. This is charged on top of standard freight.
How it adds up
An order below the free freight threshold
You pay standard freight NZD $20. Total freight NZD $20.
An order at or above the free freight threshold
Standard freight is free, so there is nothing to pay for freight. Total freight NZD $0.
A drop ship order below the free freight threshold
You pay standard freight NZD $20 plus the drop ship fee of NZD $10. Total freight NZD $30.
Tax
All New Zealand freight charges are shown ex GST. GST is added at checkout.
What you see at checkout
Freight appears as a single shipping line at checkout, labelled "Retailer (Standard)". Your order confirmation and invoice show the same total.
