This boot does not have chainsaw cut protection. It is not rated for chainsaw use and should not be worn while operating a chainsaw.
The Ramble GTX is a rugged GORE-TEX work and outdoors boot — built for all-day comfort in wet and rough terrain without a saw in hand. It's the boot for site walk-arounds, travel days, or outdoor work where the saw stays in the truck. At 1330 g/pair it's noticeably lighter than any cut-protective boot in the range.
